I achieved to load a NOS article page 4 times faster (-75%) on desktop with fast 3G internet (from Amsterdam).
NOS PageSpeed Insights test
After some pagespeed improvements, I did a test using PageSpeed Insights. It showed an improvement of 2.8 times on mobile 3G internet connection. Not bad for a starter!
NOS Webpagetest
I also conducted a video comparison. The result was as following on desktop with fast 3G from Amsterdam, resulting in 4 times faster First Meaningful Paint metric (-75%). The difference is even bigger when you can't the article-title only as meaningful too.
